摘要:
目的:研究不同粒径羟基磷灰石(HA)对人工早期龋的再矿化作用。方法:应用离体人恒前磨牙制备早期釉质龋标本50个,随机分为5组(n=10):阳性对照组(NaF溶液)、阴性对照组(去离子水)、30 nm HA组、60 nm HA组和12 μm HA组,用显微硬度计检测标本脱矿前后表面显微硬度,并用扫描电镜观察各组样本脱矿前后的形态;按照分组进行早期龋体外循环实验12 d,同法测定体外循环后各组样本的表面显微硬度,并观察其形态。结果:与阴性对照组相比,各HA组均能提高标本的表面显微硬度,且随着粒径的减小,其表面显微硬度增大(F=86.272,P<0.001)。扫描电镜下观察,30 nm HA组和60 nm HA组的脱矿区有针状或短棒状晶体颗粒沉积,表面变得均匀、平整,且以30 nm HA组的再矿化效果更佳,12 μm HA组的再矿化效果不明显。结论:HA能有效促进早期釉质龋的再矿化;纳米级HA优于微米级HA,且随着粒径的减小,其再矿化效果更佳。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the effect of various particle size hydroxyapatite(HA) on remineralization of artificial initial enamel caries.Methods: Fifty human premolars were prepared for artificial enamel caries specimens, and these specimens were randomly allocated into 5 groups(n=10): positive control group(NaF solution), negative control group(deionized water), 30 nm HA group, 60 nm HA group and 12 μm HA group.Before and after demineralization, the surface microhardness of the specimens was measured by microhardness tester and the morphologies of the specimens were observed by scanning electron microscope. Then after the experiment of 12 d cycling in vitro, the surface microhardness of each group′s specimens was measured and the morphologies were observed again.Results: Compared with negative control group, all the 3 HA groups could significantly improve the surface microhardness of initial enamel caries,and the effects were better with the decrease of particle size(F=86.272,P<0.001). Under the scanning electron microscope, crystalline particles *广东省自然科学基金资助项目2014A030313330 with acicular or short bar deposited and the surface became uniformly smooth in the demineralization area of 30 nm HA group and 60 nm HA group especially for the 30 nm HA group, and the effect of 12 μm HA group on remineralization were unobvious.Conclusion: HA can effectively promote the remineralization of initial enamel caries. Nano HA is superior to micron HA, and with the decrease of particle size, the effect of remineralization can be better.
