摘要:
目的:系统评价腌制及烟熏食品与乳腺癌发病风险的关系。方法:按照严格的纳入和排除标准筛选文献,收集病例组与对照组中高摄入量腌制及烟熏食品的OR或者RR及其95%CI,应用meta分析定量地合并效应量,并进行文献质量评分、异质性检验、敏感性分析、偏倚评估及亚组分析。结果:纳入合格文献共19篇,其中腌制食品相关文献12篇,烟熏食品相关文献7篇。meta分析结果显示,摄入大量腌制食品可能增加乳腺癌的发病风险,OR(95%CI)为2.19(1.74~2.77);摄入大量烟熏食品可能增加乳腺癌的发病风险,OR(95%CI)为1.57(1.24~2.00);摄入腌制植物类食品可能与乳腺癌的发病风险无关,OR(95%CI)为0.94(0.45~1.99)。结论:摄入大量的腌制及烟熏食品可能是乳腺癌发病的危险因素,而腌制蔬菜与其可能无关。
Abstract:
Aim: To systematically evaluate the influence of pickled and smoked food on the onset risk of breast cancer. Methods: The literatures were screened according to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,odds ratio(OR) or relative risk(RR) and 95% confidence interval(CI) for the high intake of pickled and smoked food between breast cancer group and control group were collected.Meta analysis was applied to quantitatively combine effect quantity, and heterogeneity test, sensitivity analysis, bias assessment and subgroup analysis were carried out.Results: Nineteen studies were qualified, including twelve studies about pickled food and seven studies about smoked food. The high intake of pickled food might increase the onset risk of breast cancer,OR(95%CI)=2.19(1.74-2.77). The high intake of smoked food might increase the onset risk of breast cancer, OR(95%CI)=1.57(1.24-2.00). This study found no association between pickled plant food intake and the risk of breast cancer, OR(95%CI)=0.94(0.45-1.99). Conclusion: The high intake of pickled and smoked food may be the onset risk factors of breast cancer, and pickled vegetable has no relation with it.
