摘要:
目的:探讨前列腺癌组织中ALKBH3蛋白的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测136例前列腺癌组织和129例前列腺增生组织中ALKBH3和VEGF-C蛋白的表达,分析前列腺癌组织中ALKBH3与VEGF-C蛋白表达的关联性。结果:前列腺癌组织中ALKBH3与VEGF-C蛋白的阳性表达率高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.001)。ALKBH3和VEGF-C蛋白的表达与前列腺癌的组织分化、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。前列腺癌组织中ALKBH3与VEGF-C蛋白的表达呈正关联(rP =0.684,P=0.565)。结论:ALKBH-3可能与VEGF-C协同作用,促进了前列腺癌的发生发展。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the expressions of ALKBH3 and VEGF-C in prostate cancer tissue.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of ALKBH3 and VEGF-C in 136 cases of prostate cancer and 129 cases of prostate hyperplasia.Results: The positive expression rates of ALKBH3 and VEGF-C in prostate cancer tissue were higher than those in prostate hyperplasia tissue(P<0.001).The expressions ofALKBH3 and VEGF-C were related to the differentiation and TNM staging of prostate cancer(P<0.05). The expressions of ALKBH3 and VEGF-C were positively correlated in prostate cancer(rP=0.684,P=0.565).Conclusion: ALKBH-3 may have a synergistic effect with VEGF-C to promote the differentiation and lymph node metastasis of prostate cancer.
