摘要:
目的:探讨胎膜早破(PROM)患者胎膜破裂(RS)区、远离破膜(DS)区胎膜组织及胎盘组织中孕酮膜受体组件1(PGRMC1)的表达及意义。方法:选择20例PROM孕妇作为病例组、20例无宫缩择期剖宫产孕妇作为对照组。采用免疫组化法对PGRMC1蛋白的表达进行定位,采用Western blot方法检测两组孕妇胎膜RS区、DS区及胎盘组织中PGRMC1蛋白的表达。结果:PGRMC1主要在绒毛膜和蜕膜中表达。与对照组相比,PROM组胎膜RS区和胎盘组织中PGRMC1蛋白表达降低(P<0.05); PROM组胎膜RS区和胎盘组织中PGRMC1蛋白表达低于DS区(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇胎膜RS区和胎盘组织中PGRMC1蛋白的低表达可能参与了PROM的发生。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the expression of progesterone receptor membrane component 1(PGRMC1)in the site of rupture(RS)and the distant to rupture site(DS)of fetal membrane and placenta tissue from women with premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Methods: 20 with PROM(PROM group)and 20 control(control group)pregnant women were chosen. The expression and localization of PGRMC1 in RS,DS,and placenta tissue of the 2 groups were assessed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results: PGRMC1 was mainly expressed in chorion and decidua. Compared with control group, the expression of PGRMC1 was lower in RS of fetal membranes and placenta tissue of PROM group(P<0.05). The expression of PGRMC1 in RS and placenta tissue was lower than that in DS of PROM group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The lower expression of PGRMC1 in RS and placenta tissue may participate in the occurrence of PROM.
