目的:分析心脏X综合征患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平变化的临床意义。方法:选择心脏X综合征患者52例作为病例组,健康人52例作为对照组。采用双抗体夹心免疫层析法测定2组血浆Lp-PLA2的水平; 并同时测定血浆尿酸、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(FBG)、C反应蛋白的水平。结果:与对照组相比,病例组血浆Lp-PLA2、TG、FBG均明显升高(P<0.05),病例组血浆Lp-PLA2与TC呈正相关(r=0.411,P=0.004),与HDL呈负相关(r=-0.610,P<0.001)。结论:血浆Lp-PLA2可以很好地反映血管病变情况,同时提示炎症参与了心脏X综合征的发生发展。
Abstract:
Aim: To observe the changes of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)concentration and to analyze its significance in patients with cardiac syndrome X.Methods: A total of 52 patients with cardiac syndrome X were recruited as case group and 52 healthy subjects matched by age and gender were recruited as control group. The plasma Lp-PLA2 was detected by immunochromatography of double-antibody sandwich. Uric acid, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), fasting blood glucose(FBG)and C reactive protein in plasma were also determined.Results: The concentrations of plasma Lp-PLA2, TG and FBG were significantly higher in case group than those in control group(P<0.05). The plasma Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with TC(r=0.411,P=0.004), and negatively correlated with HDL(r=-0.610,P<0.001)in case group.Conclusion: The Lp-PLA2 may be a valuable biomarker of vasculopathy. Meanwhile, it suggests that inflammation may be involved in the development of cardiac syndrome X.
