摘要:
目的:探讨Irisin在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝穿刺组织中的表达及其意义。方法:回顾性分析病理活检确诊的非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL,n=56)、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH,n=75)患者及无脂肪变和脂肪性肝炎的正常者(n=20)的临床资料,免疫组化SP法检测各组肝穿刺组织中Irisin的表达水平。结果:3组年龄及性别构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常对照组相比,NAFL组及NASH组存在脂质代谢异常。NAFL组和NASH组肝组织中Irisin表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05),但NAFL组和NASH组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Irisin可能是一种补偿性调节肝脏脂质蓄积的因子。
Abstract:
Aim: To evaluate the expression of Irisin in liver tissue of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and analyze its significance.Methods: The clinical data of patients,including 56 cases of biopsy-proven nonalcoholic simple fatty liver(NAFL)and 75 cases of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty cases without fatty change or adipose hepatitis were the control. Irisin expression in liver biopsy tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results: There were no significant differences in age or sex ratio among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Compared with control,there was abnormal lipid metabolism in NAFL and NASH groups.The Irisin expression level in NAFL and NASH groups was higher compared with control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between NAFL and NASH groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Irisin may act as a compensatory regulation factor for lipid accumulation in hepatocytes.
