摘要:
目的:探讨能谱CT最佳单能量图像在胃周动脉显影中的应用价值。方法:对64例怀疑胃部疾病的患者行宝石能谱CT扫描,利用最佳对比信噪比(CNR)技术得到最佳单能量图像,然后观察胃周动脉成像质量(观察指标包括CT值、CNR、噪声),同时用5分法评价图像质量,记录胃周动脉的显示率,并和混合能量图像相比较。结果:显示胃周动脉的最佳单能量水平为(53±3)keV。最佳单能量图像的腹腔干CT值、噪声、CNR均高于混合能量图像(P均<0.05); 胃周动脉图像5分法评分均高于混合能量图像(P<0.05),但是二者胃周动脉显示率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:能谱CT最佳单能量图像可以提高胃周动脉成像的质量。
Abstract:
Aim: To assess the image quality of gastric artery by optimal monochromatic CT imaging.Methods: Sixty-four patients suspected of gastric diseases underwent spectral CT. The optimal monochromatic CT images were selected according to the contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)for gastric artery. The quality of the images were objectively assessed by the indicators such as CT value, CNR, and the image noise, then the image quality was subjectively evaluated by 5-point scales. The polychromatic images were used as control.And the display rate of the gastric arteries was recorded.Results: The CT value, CNR, and the image noise as well as the 5-point-scales scores of optimal monochromatic CT images were all improved compared with those of polychromatic images(P<0.05),however, the display rate of gastric artery between them had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The optimal monochromatic CT images could improve the image quality of gastric artery.
