摘要:
目的:通过头颅锥体束CT(CBCT)对郑州地区汉族人群上颌窦底骨分嵴的解剖结构进行分析。方法:收集行CBCT检查并且没有任何上颌窦疾病的郑州地区汉族患者343例,共评估了686个上颌窦,分析骨分嵴的检出情况、位置、走行及高度。结果:343例患者中,上颌窦底骨分嵴检出率为19.2%,男女和左右两侧检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。上颌窦前部、中部、后部骨分嵴检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),中部检出率(7.6%)最高。颊舌向走行的骨分嵴占比最高(94.0%)。骨分嵴的高度为(4.05±1.08)mm。结论:上颌窦术前通过CBCT检查患者的上颌窦底骨分嵴情况必要且有效。
Abstract:
Aim: To measure maxillary sinus septa of Han population living in Zhengzhou through the cranial cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods: A total of 343 Han population(686 maxillary sinuses)without any sinus diseases from Zhengzhou People's Hospital underwent CBCT. Presence of septa, location, height, and orientation were evaluated and recorded.Results: Out of the 343 patients, 19.2% had septum in their maxillary sinus. No significant differences were found between males and females or the right and left maxillary sinuses in terms of the prevalence of septa(P>0.05). The septum detection rate among the front,middle,and rear area of the sinus had significant difference and mainly in the middle of the sinus. Mediolateral septa took the highest proportion of 94.0%. The mean septum height was(4.05±1.08)mm.Conclusion: It is essential and effective to evaluate the characteristics of septa by CBCT before performing surgical procedures.
