摘要:
目的:探讨强迫症患者的症状严重程度与其静息状态时脑功能活动的关系。方法:选取首次发作未服药的强迫症患者26例,进行静息态功能磁共振扫描。使用SPM8、DPARSFA和REST软件处理磁共振数据,以年龄作为协变量,采用Pearson相关分析探讨患者强迫症状严重程度与其全脑局部一致性(ReHo)的相关关系。结果:强迫症患者的症状严重程度与其全脑ReHo值呈正相关的脑区为:双侧额下回、双侧额中回、右侧中央前回、左侧额上回、左侧颞中回、右侧颞上回。强迫症患者的症状严重程度与其全脑ReHo值呈负相关的脑区为:双侧尾状核、左侧丘脑、双侧扣带回、左侧楔前叶。结论:额叶皮质-纹状体-丘脑-皮质环路的功能活动失衡的趋势及环路外的其他脑区如颞叶和楔前叶的功能紊乱与强迫症的发生发展密切相关。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the correlation between the severity of symptoms of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)and the activation pattern of brain neurons at resting.Methods: A total of 26 patients diagnosed as first-episode OCD were selected and underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scanning at resting state. The fMRI data were processed by SPM8, DPARSFA, and REST software. With age as concomitant variable, Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to study the correlation between the severity of symptoms of patients and their regional homogeneity(ReHo)values of whole brain.Results: The positive correlation between the severity of symptoms of patients with OCD and ReHo value lied in frontal_inf_L, frontal_inf_R, frontal_mid_L, frontal_mid_R, precentral_R, frontal_sup_L, temporal_mid_L, temporal_Sup_R. The negative correlation between the severity of symptoms of patients with OCD and ReHo value lied in caudate_L, caudate_R, thalamus_L, cingulum_L, cingulum_R, precuneus_L.Conclusion: When the symptoms of OCD patients are aggravated, the function of cortico-striatal-thalamo-cortical(CSTC)becomes tangled, and the dysfunction of lobi temporal is and precuneus outside CSTC indirectly contributes to the occurrence and development of OCD.
