摘要:
目的:探讨CD163蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达特点。方法:收集HCC及癌旁组织各50例,通过免疫组化法检测HCC组织及癌旁组织中CD163、CD68蛋白的表达,利用CD34、D2-40标记血管、淋巴管生成情况,分析CD163、CD68蛋白的表达及其与病理学特征、血管和淋巴管生成等的关系。结果:癌组织中CD163蛋白的表达高于癌旁组织,CD68蛋白的表达低于癌旁组织(P均<0.001); 癌组织中CD163蛋白的表达在巨噬细胞占86.84%,13.16%表达在癌细胞; 巨噬细胞中CD163蛋白的表达与肝硬化和Edmondson分级有关(P<0.05); 巨噬细胞中CD163蛋白高表达组的MVD及LMVD均高于低表达组(P均<0.001)。结论:CD163蛋白主要表达于巨噬细胞中,且与HCC的进展及血管和淋巴管生成有关。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expression of CD163 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods: The expressions of CD163 and CD68 in 50 cases of primary HCC and matched peritumoral tissues were assessed by immunohistochemistry. CD34 and D2-40 were used to determine microvascular density(MVD)and lymphatic vessel density(LMVD), respectively. The relationship among CD163 expression with clinicopathological parameters, angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis was analyzed.Results: The expression of CD163 in HCC tissue was significantly higher than that in peritumoral tissue(P<0.001), whereas the expression of CD68 in HCC tissue was significantly lower than that in peritumoral tissue(P<0.001). The positive expression rates of CD163 in macrophages and hepatoma cells accounted for 86.84% and 13.16%, respectively. The expression of CD163 in macrophages was related with hepatic cirrhosis and Edmondson grades(P<0.05). MVD and LMVD in high CD163-expression macrophage group were significantly higher than those in low CD163 expression macrophage group(P<0.001).Conclusion: The high expression of CD163 in macrophages may result in HCC progression, angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis.
