摘要:
目的:探讨程序性死亡-配体1(PD-L1)在不同人乳腺癌细胞系中的表达情况。方法:采用Western blot法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测PD-L1蛋白及mRNA在人乳腺细胞株HBL-100及4种乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7、MCF-7/ADR、MDA-MB-231、MDA-MB-468中的表达情况。结果:与人乳腺细胞HBL-100相比,PD-L1在MDA-MB-231、MDA-MB-468及MCF-7/ADR中均呈较高水平的表达(P<0.05),在MDA-MB-231中表达水平最高(P<0.001)。结论:PD-L1主要表达于人乳腺癌细胞中。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expression of programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)in different human breast cancer cell lines.Methods: Using Western blot and fluorescence quantitative PCR, we detected the protein and mRNA expressions of PD-L1 in human breast epithelium cell line HBL-100 and the other 4 human breast cancer cell lines including MCF-7, MCF-7/ADR, MDA-MB-231, and MDA-MB-468.Results: Compared with HBL-100, PD-L1 had higher expression in MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7/ADR cells(P<0.05), especially in MDA-MB-231 cells(P<0.001).Conclusion: PD-L1 is mainly expressed in breast cancer cells.
