摘要:
目的:探讨葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在肝内胆管癌组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法检测GRP78和IL-6在48例肝内胆管癌,48例肝内胆管结石及30例正常肝内胆管组织中的表达。结果:GRP78和IL-6在肝内胆管癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为64.6%和60.4%,在肝内胆管结石胆管组织中的阳性表达率分别为75.0%和68.8%,均高于正常肝内胆管组织(6.7%和13.3%)(P<0.05)。肝内胆管癌组织中GRP78和IL-6的表达呈正关联(rP=0.280,P=0.044)。GRP78阳性表达与癌组织的分化程度(P=0.035)、淋巴结转移(P=0.015)、TNM分期(P<0.01)有关; GRP78阳性表达与阴性表达患者相比,生存曲线左移(P<0.05),中位生存时间较短。IL-6阳性表达与癌组织的淋巴结转移(P=0.008)及TNM分期(P=0.015)有关; IL-6阳性表达与阴性表达患者比较,生存曲线差异无统计学意义(P=0.331)。结论:GRP78和IL-6可能参与了肝内胆管组织的恶变过程,并与胆管癌的生长、转移关系密切。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the expressions of GRP78 and IL-6 in intrahepatic cholangiocarinoma(ICC)tissue.Methods: The expressions of GRP78 and IL-6 were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 48 cases of ICC, 48 cases of hepatolithiasis and 30 cases of normal intrahepatic bile duct tissue.Results: The positive rates of GRP78 and IL-6 in ICC tissue were 64.6% and 60.4%, in hepatolithiasis tissue were 75.0% and 68.8%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal intrahepatic bile duct tissue(6.7% and 13.3%,P<0.05). The expression of GRP78 was positively correlated with that of IL-6(rP=0.280,P=0.044)in ICC tissue. The expression of GRP78 was related with tumor histologic grade(P=0.035), lymph node metastasis(P=0.015)and TNM stage(P<0.01). The patients with positive expression of GRP78 had shorter survival time than those with negative expression(P<0.05). The expression of IL-6 was associated with lymph node metastasis(P=0.008)and TNM stage(P=0.015).There was no significant difference in survival curves of the patients with positive expression of IL-6 and those with negative expression(P=0.331).Conclusion: GRP78 and IL-6 may participate in the progress, growth and metastasis of ICC.
