摘要:
目的:探讨叉头框转录因子C1(FOXC1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC )中的表达情况及其与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测70例NSCLC及其对应的癌旁正常组织中FOXC1的表达情况,收集患者的临床及随访资料,分析FOXC1在NSCLC的表达及与预后的关系。结果:FOXC1在NSCLC与癌旁正常组织中的高表达率分别为80.0%、25.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 肿瘤分化程度高、有淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅲ期的NSCLC组织中FOXC1高表达率高于低分化、无转移、TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P<0.05); FOXC1高表达患者的疾病无进展生存期明显短于低表达者(P=0.044)。结论:FOXC1可能在NSCLC发生、浸润、转移过程中发挥了重要的作用,其高表达与NSCLC患者不良预后有关。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expression of forkhead box transcription factor C1(FOXC1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissue and its relationship with the prognosis in non small-cell 1ung cancer(NSCLC)tissue.Methods: The expression of FOXC1 in 70 specimens of NSCLC and its adjacent normal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the FOXC1 expression and clinical pathological parameters and progression free survival(PFS)were analyzed.Results: The high expression rate of FOXC1 in NSCLC and paracancerous tissue were 80.0% and 25.7%, respectively, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The expression of FOXC1 was higher in the patients with poorly differentiated tumor, with lymph node metastasis, TNM stages Ⅲ than those with well differentiated tumor,without lymph node metastasis,or TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05). The progression free survival of the patients with high FOXC1 expression was significantly shorter than those with lower FOXC1 expression(P=0.044).Conclusion: FOXC1 may play an important role in development and infiltration, and metastasis of NSCLC, and its high expression is related with poor prognosis of NSCLC.
