摘要:
目的:探讨高流量鼻导管通气(HFNC)在急性呼吸衰竭患者经口气管插管中的应用价值。方法:将62例急性呼吸衰竭经口气管插管患者分两组,对照组采用常规方法插管,HFNC组在常规经口气管插管过程中加入HFNC(气流速度60 L/min、吸氧浓度100%)。比较两组插管过程中最低血氧饱和度及严重并发症(严重低氧血症、休克、心搏骤停、心率<60 min-1、室性心律失常、死亡)发生情况。结果:HFNC组患者插管过程中低氧血症程度低于对照组(P<0.05),2组严重并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经口气管插管过程中应用HFNC可显著改善急性呼吸衰竭患者的低氧血症。
Abstract:
Aim:To explore the effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen(HFNC)therapy during endotracheal intubation in patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods:Sixty-two patients with acute respiratory failure were allocated into two groups. The control group was intubated by conventional method, and HFNC group were performed HFNC(airflow velocity of 60 L/min, oxygen concentration of 100%)during routine intubation. Minimum oxygen saturation and severe complications(severe hypoxemia, shock, cardiac arrest, heart rate<60 min-1, ventricular arrhythmia, death)were compared between the two groups.Results:The degree of hypoxemia in the HFNC group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of serious complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of HFNC during endotracheal intubation could significantly improve the hypoxemia in patients with acute respiratory failure.
