摘要:
目的:研究不同剂量乙醇对小鼠抑郁和焦虑行为的影响。方法:将32只小鼠分为4组:空白对照组、低剂量(0.4 g/kg)乙醇组、中剂量(0.8 g/kg)乙醇组、高剂量(1.6 g/kg)乙醇组,每组8只,给予小鼠不同剂量乙醇连续灌胃10 d,观察开场实验、高架十字迷宫实验、强迫游泳实验及悬尾实验中小鼠行为学指标的变化。结果:各剂量乙醇对小鼠一般状况及体重增长无影响(P=0.800); 高剂量乙醇可延长强迫游泳实验和悬尾实验小鼠不动时间(P<0.05); 各剂量乙醇均可增加高架十字迷宫实验小鼠开臂区运动距离、开臂区滞留时间(P<0.05); 低、中剂量乙醇可延长开场实验小鼠在中心区滞留时间(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量乙醇可加重小鼠抑郁行为,而适量乙醇可缓解小鼠的焦虑状态。
Abstract:
Aim:To investigate the effects of different doses of alcohol on depression and anxiety in mice.Methods:A total of 32 mice were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 8 in each group: control group, low-dose(0.4 g/kg)alcohol group, medium-dose(0.8 g/kg)alcohol group, high-dose(1.6 g/kg)alcohol group. After administering different doses of alcohol to the mice for 10 days, the changes of behavior indicators were observed in open field test, elevated plus maze test, forced swimming test and tail suspension test.Results:There was no significant difference in general status or body weight of mice after the administering of different doses of alcohol(P=0.800). High-dose of alcohol obviously prolonged the immobility time of mice in forced swimming test and tail suspension test(P<0.05). The different doses of alcohol markedly increased movement distance in open-arms and open-arms time(P<0.05). The low-dose alcohol and the medium-dose alcohol prolonged the residence time in the central area in open field test(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-dose alcohol could aggravate depression in mice, and medium-dose alcohol could improve anxiety in mice.
