摘要:
目的:探讨3D打印技术在颅底肿瘤显微手术中的应用价值。方法:收集颅底肿瘤患者20例,分为3D打印组10例,对照组10例。3D打印组术前应用3D打印技术重建患者个体化的含肿瘤及毗邻重要血管、颅底骨质的颅底模型,辅助术者显微切除颅底肿瘤。对照组术前采取常规二维影像检查,并由同一术者完成手术。比较两组患者手术疗效。结果:3D打印组肿瘤全切率为80%(8/10),对照组为20%(2/10),两者比较,差异具有统计学意义。3D打印组手术时间为(253.5±43.2)min,对照组为(277.8±78.4)min,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.405)。3D打印组症状改善率为90%(9/10),对照组为30%(3/10),两者比较,差异有统计学意义。3D打印组住院时长为(23.5±11.1)d,对照组为(22.9±11.4)d,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.906)。结论:3D打印技术能够提高颅底肿瘤全切率及症状改善率。
Abstract:
Aim:To investigate the clinical role of 3D printing technique in the resection of skull base tumors.Methods:A total of 20 cases of skull base tumors were collected and allocated into 3D printing group(10 cases)and control group(10 cases)under paired conditions.In 3D printing group,models of skull base tumors were reconstructed before surgery, which contained tumor, adjacent vessels and the skull base bone.The model assisted surgeons with the surgery. The control group received routine preoperative examination and completed the operation by the same surgeon,the operative curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results: Total resection rate in 3D printing group was 80%(8/10), while it was 20%(2/10)in control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups.Operation time in 3D printing group was(253.5±43.2)min,while it was(277.8±78.4)min in control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.405).The symptom improvement rate in 3D printing group was 90%(9/10), while it was 30%(3/10)in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups.The hospitalization time in 3D printing group was(23.5 ±11.0)days, and it was(22.9±11.49)days in control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.906).Conclusion: 3D printing technique can improve the total resection rate of skull base tumors and the symptoms improvement rate.
