摘要:
目的:调查河南省结核分枝杆菌分子流行病学的结构特征。方法:共纳入河南地区668株结核分枝杆菌,进行间隔区寡核苷酸分型(Spoligotyping)和26位点分枝杆菌散在重复单元-数目可变串联重复序列(MIRU-VNTR)分型分析,评估不同MIRU-VNTR位点组合的分辨效能。结果与结论:北京家族基因型菌株有558(83.53)株,是河南省最流行的结核分枝杆菌,其中典型北京家族基因型(SIT1)是最具优势的基因型(512株,88.89%)。26位点MIRU-VNTR可将668株菌分成567种基因型,其中含有38个基因簇和529种独立的基因型。累积Hunter-Gaston分辨力指数表明10个分辨力最强VNTR位点组合的分辨效力接近26位点组合。
Abstract:
Aim:To investigate the molecular epidemical population structure of mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.tuberculosis)in Henan.Methods:A total of 668 M. tuberculosis isolates in Henan were analyzed via spoligotyping and 26-locus MIRU-VNTR and different combinations of MIRU-VNTR loci.Results and Conclusion:The Beijing genotype was the most prevalent family(n=558), among which,shared-type(SIT1)was the most dominant genotype(88.89%,n=512).A total of 668 isolates were divided into 567 different types, comprised of 38 clusters(2-15 isolates per cluster)and 529 unique types by 26-locus MIRU-VNTR analysis. An informative set of 10 loci had similar discriminatory power with 26 loci set.
