摘要:
目的:研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者阴道灌洗液人防御素5(HD-5)、人防御素2(HBD-2)浓度的变化,分别探讨HD-5、HBD-2与HPV不同感染状态的关系。方法:研究对象分为HPV持续感染组(n=30)、HPV一过性感染组(n=30)及阴性对照组(n=11)。采用ELISA法检测患者阴道灌洗液中HD-5、HBD-2的浓度。结果:与阴性对照组相比,HPV持续感染组与HPV一过性感染组阴道灌洗液HD-5、HBD-2的水平均升高(P<0.05),但两HPV感染组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); HD-5曲线下面积为0.762,HD-5诊断HPV感染的最佳临界值为37.54 ng/L,诊断敏感度为58.3%,特异度为100%。HBD-2曲线下面积为0.775,HBD-2诊断HPV感染的最佳临界值为458.5 ng/L,诊断敏感度为53.3%,特异度为82.0%。结论:HD-5及HBD-2在HPV感染早期起作用,可作为宫颈肿瘤的辅助诊断指标。
Abstract:
Aim:To study the concentrations of human-defensin 5(HD-5)and human-defensin 2(HBD-2)in vaginal lavage fluid of patients with infection of human papillomavirus(HPV), and to explore the relationship between HD-5,HBD-2 and different infection status of HPV.Methods:The subjects were allocated into 3 groups: HPV persistent infection group(n=30), HPV transient infection group(n=30), and negative control group(n=11). The concentrations of HD-5 and HBD-2 in vaginal lavage fluid were measured by ELISA.Results:Compared with the negative control group, the concentrations of HD-5 and HBD-2 in vaginal lavage fluid of HPV persistent infection group and HPV transient infection group increased(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two HPV infection groups(P>0.05). The area under the HD-5 curve was 0.762, and the critical value for the diagnosis of HPV infection was 37.54 ng/L with the sensitivity of 58.3% and the specificity of 100%. The area under the HBD-2 curve was 0.775, and the critical value for the diagnosis of HPV infection was 458.5 ng/L, the sensitivity was 53.3%, and the specificity was 82.0%.Conclusion:HD-5 and HBD-2 play important roles in the early stage of HPV infection and could be used as auxiliary diagnostic indexes for cervical tumors.
