摘要:
目的:分析河南地区儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的常见白血病融合基因类型。方法:回顾性分析248例河南地区初诊ALL患儿的资料,应用多重巢式RT-PCR技术检测常见的15种ALL融合基因。结果:患儿男女比例为1.38:1,各年龄组患儿性别分布差异均无统计学意义(P=0.568)。白血病基因阳性率39.5%(98/248),E2A/PBX1阳性19(7.7%)例,BCR/ABL阳性22(8.9%)例,ETV6/RUNX1阳性26(10.5%)例,MLL阳性18(7.3%)例,SIL/TAL1阳性8(3.2%)例。不同年龄组白血病融合基因阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),<1岁组MLL阳性率(20.0%)最高,1~10岁组ETV6/RUNX1阳性率(14.3%)最高; >10岁组BCR/ABL阳性率(16.9%)最高。结论:河南地区儿童ALL的常见突变基因类型与文献报道基本相符。
Abstract:
Aim:To analyze the leukemia fusion genotype in 248 children with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)in Henan Province.Methods:Data of 248 newly diagnosed children with ALL in Henan Province were collected and analyzed, and 15 fusion genes commonly found in ALL were detected by multiple nested RT-PCR.Results:The ratio of male to female was 1.38:1. There was no significant difference in the gender distribution among 3 groups based on age(P=0.568). The positive rate of leukemia fusion gene was 39.5%(98/248).Among them, 26(10.5%)cases was ETV6/RUNX1 positive, 22(8.9%)cases was BCR/ABL positive,19(7.7%)cases was E2A/PBX1 positive,18(7.3%)cases was MLL positive,and 8(3.2%)cases was SIL/TAL1 positive. The positive rate of leukemia fusion gene was different among 3 groups based on age(P<0.05).The positive rate of MLL gene in the <1 year group was the highest(20.0%), ETV6/RUNX1 gene positive rate in the 1-10 years group was the highest(14.3%), and BCR/ABL gene positive rate in the >10 years group was the highest(16.9%).Conclusion:The common mutated gene types of children leukemia in Henan Province are basically consistent with the literature reports.
