摘要:
目的:探讨河南农村人群血清雄烯二酮水平与糖尿病前期(PDM)的关联性。方法:选择284例PDM患者并按年龄相差不超过3岁1:1匹配284例血糖正常者,通过问卷调查、体格检查获得其基本情况; 采用液相-质谱仪联用技术检测血清中雄烯二酮水平,根据河南农村队列人群中雄烯二酮水平的四分位数将男女群体分别分为Q1、Q2、Q3和Q4组,采用条件logistic回归分析雄烯二酮与PDM的关联性。结果:在男性人群中,雄烯二酮高水平组PDM发生风险均低于低水平组,Q4组OR(95%CI)分别为0.430(0.200~0.940)、0.420(0.190~0.920)和0.194(0.071~0.530)。在女性人群中,雄烯二酮高水平组PDM发生风险均高于低水平组,Q4组OR(95%CI)分别为1.980(1.290~3.040)、2.030(1.310~3.140)和5.125(2.376~11.056)。结论:雄烯二酮水平与河南农村人群PDM的发生有关联,且该激素在不同性别人群中对PDM的影响不同。
Abstract:
Aim:To explore the association between androstendione and pre-diabetes mellitus(PDM)in Henan rural residents.Methods:A 1:1 case-control study including 284 pairs of subjects between whom the age difference was less than 3 years was performed. And the general characteristics were collected through a structured questionnaire and physical examinations. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to assess serum androstendione. According to the quartiles of androstendione in the crowd, the subjects were allocated into 4 groups, both in males and females.The models were set up by conditional logistic regression to analyze the association between androstendione and PDM.Results:For male group,high level of androstendione decreased the risk of PDM, and the OR(95%CI)were 0.430(0.200-0.940),0.420(0.190-0.920)and 0.194(0.071-0.530), respectively in Q4 group. For female group,high level of androstendione increased the risk of PDM, and the OR(95%CI)were 1.980(1.290-3.040),2.030(1.310-3.140)and 5.125(2.376-11.056),respectively in Q4 group.Conclusion:The androstendione is associated with the increased risk of PDM in rural population from Henan Province, and the influence of androstendione has obvious heterogeneity in different gender for PDM.
